Diver Propulsion Vehicles (DPV) are a lot of fun. Also called "scooters", they can help a diver to explore more territory and see more on a dive. They do require special training prior to use in order to operate them safely. Dive BVI is committed to customer safety. That's why we only rent DPVs to divers with DPV certifications or those who earn their PADI DPV certification with us. Snorkelers simply need to take our 1/2 hour orientation class and they're ready to go. Taking your Advanced Open Water class with us? Why not do the DPV Adventure Dive and count that towards your total of 5 dives? You'll have as much fun learning about them as our instructors do teaching you about them!

DPVs and snorkel scooters are available at all four Dive BVI locations: Marina Cay, Virgin Gorda Yacht Harbour, Little Dix Bay, and Leverick Bay.
